Booking process

Confirmation will be received at time of booking

Mobile or paper ticket accepted.

One per booking.

Prices

All prices are in USD.

VAT is included in all Tour prices.

Meeting and pickup

We pick up all our customers.

Pick up and Drop off is included in tour price.

Drop off place is same as pick up place.

Pick up from all Hotels, Guesthouses, Ports and Airbnb in Reykjavík, Hafnarfjördur, Kópavogur, Garðabær and Mosfellsbær available.

Travelers do not need to wait at designated bus stops for pick up unless they prefer to do so. We pick up directly from places mentioned above.

Your guide will meet you in the lobby if you are staying in a Hotel or Guesthouse or simply outside of the address stated in your reservation.

All tours include the following:

Private transportation (max 3 passengers per vehicle). 

Guidance in English

In-person guide is licensed or certified

In-person guide is also the driver

Air-conditioned vehicle.

WiFi on board.

Cancellation Policy

• For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the Tour. 

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

• Subject to favorable weather conditions. If the Tour is canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.

Responsibility and Liability

We reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries should the necessity arise, due to adverse weather or road conditions.

No responsibility is taken for losses or expenses due to delay or changes of flights, injury, damages, negligence, weather or other unforeseeable causes.

Before You Go

Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for all tours.

Children‘s safety car seats available upon request free of charge.

If you have special request/needs for the Tour, please send us e-mail before Tour date and we will try our best to meet your request/needs.

All our Tours are Private Tours. Only you and if you book someone with you in each vehicle and your driver guide

There will be stops during all tours where you can buy refreshment.

We will not share any information provided by our customers when booking our products with third parties.

Buyer information will not be disclosed to any third party under any circumstances.

Venue Act

We operate in accordance with Icelandic law and regulation and are therefore subject to Icelandic jurisdiction in the event that disputes may arise.
